Our company is made up of a strongly motivated team of key people who have worked in the area of building technology platforms, building access control, building services engineering, software development and workspace collaboration technology for many years.
We are passionate about technology in both commercial and residential buildings, and see the multitude of opportunities within a building that are available for both building managers and tenants to make everyone’s lives easier, more effective and more fun!

Secure Logon and authentication
We provide a secure method for logging your people onto the system so they can access all of our great features, or we can integrate into your user directory and authentication system if you would prefer.

Branding to your company
Once logged in, our mobile application brands itself to your company so it looks like it’s your very own software platform.

Digital access credential
Instead of your staff or tenants carrying around an annoying plastic pass or fob, their access pass is now embedded in their phone within InTenant – and can be used just like a plastic pass without even opening up our app (it sits there always active in the background). This credential also serves as a staff or tenant ID. Open secure doors and call lifts, from near or far - using InTenant.

Building user directory integration
Building and facilities managers save precious time in front of the building user directory or access control system. Via our streamlined integrations, onboarding and user administration can be facilitated within the InTenant portal to make light work of onboarding new tenants and their staff, and making changes to those already existing.

Contractor access
Issue a temporary credential to maintenance staff remotely (contactless) to allow for site access with an audit trail.

Real-time newsfeed
There have always been challenges in communicating to all the people in your building. Now, with InTenant, you can send a message directly to everyone in the building, or you can target the communication more specifically by tenant if you like. This feature could be used to let people know about building issues or faults, or to let them know about social events.

Inductions
There is always a need for all staff, tenants and contractors to be aware of specific requirements associated with residing in a building. It could be things like fire evacuation procedures, trades and service people inductions, or even COVID compliance requirements. In this section of the application, induction videos can be published to everyone in a building, or to specific tenants.

Issue and Fault Logging and Reporting
So frequently faults in buildings linger because they are noticed by staff or tenants and not reported. Using the fault logging function in InTenant, issues can easily be raised. Once logged, updates can communicated to the user via InTenant and further information can be requested.
