Founded by Jen Goeldner, Jeremy Akerstein, and Jerome Anthony (Triple JJJ), InTenant began as a meeting of like-minded professionals. Each had faced the same frustrations in workplace and technology operations - but shared the same vision: digital access should be effortless, secure, and human-centered. When they came together, it was clear their combined expertise and passion could transform the industry.

Our company is made up of a strongly motivated team of key people who have worked in the area of building technology platforms, building access control, building services engineering, software development and workspace collaboration technology for many years.
We are passionate about technology in both commercial and residential buildings, and see the multitude of opportunities within a building that are available for both building managers and tenants to make everyone’s lives easier, more effective and more fun!

Jen is a recognised leader in workplace and technology innovation, blending startup agility with executive experience across Australia’s insurance, transport, and telecommunications sectors. She has led transformation programs exceeding AU$400 million and is widely respected for aligning strategy with execution, mentoring future leaders, and fostering inclusive, high-impact cultures. Jen is passionate about building human-centred, technology-powered product and services that simplify complex challenges and deliver measurable impact at scale.
Jeremy Akerstein
COO & Co-Founder
Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience in technology and operations, specialising in creating scalable workplace solutions for complex environments. With deep expertise in IT delivery for commercial construction fitouts, security and access control, property management, and collaboration platforms, he ensures systems and teams work seamlessly to support growth. Jeremy is committed to translating strategy into practical execution that create lasting value for clients and organisations.
Jerome Anthony
CPO & Co-Founder
With over two decades of experience, Jerome is a distinguished Chief Platform Officer, solutions architect & software engineer who has successfully founded multiple SaaS platforms. His expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, from high-level solution architecture and information security to hands-on, full-stack development. He has a strong background in building scalable, robust mobile, IoT and web platforms. He excels in transforming complex ideas into practical, secure, and scalable solutions.
